Okay guys, you are going to be really excited about this. Do you love RPG games? If you’re a gamer, I am going to assume that your answer was yes. Most gamers swear by a good role playing game. However, if you’re like a lot of them, you spend a ton of time on your games and this can make some people in your life a little ticked. Well, new research is being done that suggests that RPG games may actually be de-stressing. That means that while you’re playing your favorite game, you are relaxing and letting go of the stress that is so harmful to your body. You become calmer, your breathing slows, and your heart rate is a normal, steady beat.
Now, if that isn’t a good excuse to stay on your game a bit longer each day, I don’t know what is. Simply tell those people in your life that you are working hard to avoid stress which can lead to heart disease, a heart attack, a stroke or even weight gain. Wow. That’s a bit of leverage in your argument. So, feel free to enjoy your RPG games like never before, and milk the excuse for all that it’s worth!
